She will be sadly missed by her son richard waid, I never knew her but from what richard has said, she seems like a very nice lady. May she rest in peace.

I remember visiting Aunt Madeline and my cousins as a child. Mostly, I remember her beautiful hair. Mom often told stories of how she looked after her little sister and how she once had to snatch Madeline out of the way of a moving car. Over the last few years, I saw the closeness that grew between them. Madeline and Virginia often spoke by phone and enjoyed their visits.
She was one of the sweetest people I have ever ran across. No judgement, not a mean bone in her body. She was happy and made others feel welcome all of the time. She will be missed. My condolences go out to the whole family.
