I had the wonderful privilege of getting to know and assist Norm "Mayor" of LSS when I was an aide working on A-1. Norm was very special and even looking at his picture reminds me of how endearing a person he was. We had the opportunity to talk and laugh and to get to know one another and I miss that so much. I was so deeply touched by Norm's gesture of love to the staff when he treated us all to a great catered lunch last Christmas. He was so insistent that I come to enjoy the meal even though it was my day off. I will cherish so many precious memories of Norm and I'll remember his smile and his own brand of sacrasm that was uniquely Norms. I will always think of Norm as a dear friend and always thankful for the opportunity to know him. My deepest condolences to Marion, Nancy, Barbara, and Mary and the rest of the family. You were always so kind and gracious to me when I would see you on A-1 visiting. May God Bless and keep each of you and fill you with His comfort and peace during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Debra Scott

Stormin Norman, I know you are setting the stage for all of us up there, showing everyone how it should be. Your wit is something we will all remember. You were loved by many while you were here and that love remains in our hearts, along with many memories of the fun and laughter you gave to us. I know your beloved Maid Marian was not ready for your final day as none of was were. Nan, Barb and Mary's hearts are heavy with the loss of you but will carry on with the legacy you have left with them. All of us miss you but we know we will meet again as you pave the path for all of us. Keep everyone up there laughing, Stormin Norman. Be at peace with the knowledge that friends and family will take care of your "girls". You are in our hearts forever. We tip an ice old glass in your honor. Love, Ruth Ann, Bea, Sherry, Ted and Randy.

To "Dad" Newhouse: I'll always remember the great times we enjoyed when you and "mom" Newhouse came down to stay with Nancy in the winter. I will cherish my ice cream scoop and my key chain moon level and will still smile how you were amazed that I could hang that big picture of hers without measuring it. You were one of the good guys that I will always remember. Have fun up there with my dad. He'll show you around the place. Take care...you'll always be loved and remembered. You raised some great kids, especially Nancy.
