My sincere condolences to Randy's parents, grandparents and the rest of his family. I just learned of his passing today. I am kind of a distant cousin to Randy and haven't seen him since he was a young boy. I do know his mother, Kathy, and his grandparents, Murvel and Margaret Ostrander, and want to say how sorry I am for the loss of Randy. He was so young and still had so much of his life ahead of him. Prayers are with you all in the weeks and months ahead.

It is so hard to believe that you have gone home to be with the Lord. When we saw you a few months ago your eyes lit up talking about your new job. Your light will now shine from a much higher place.

I did not know Randy or the family, but am a co-worker with Elaine. When I saw a picture of Randy, I saw a gentle soul in his eyes. To all of his loved ones, "Life is not measured by the breaths you take, but by the moments that take your Breath Away."May your loved ones find comfort in this,"Though you cannot always see the bird singing, If you listen with your heart, you can always hear his song." "Though the ones we love may leave life as we know it, In our memory, the love we knew will always carry on." May God comfort all of you during this time.

To Randy's family and friends, I am very sorry for your loss. Randy was a great friend many years ago when we both worked at Quality Markets and often socialized with fellow co-workers, JCC students, and his cousin Paul. I have nothing but positive memories and recall much laughter as we listened and talked about music, worked, and hung out together. Randy, it was a privilege to know you, and you will be missed.

Randy it was a true pleasure to have met you and to be able to call you a friend. I always said you were a teddy bear and that you were. A gentle, kind and caring man. I will always remember the way you rocked on stage but even more importantly our conversations that always ended with a sweet bear hug. I will remember the dances we shared and all the funny things that you said or did during a shoe. I send my prayers to your family and I hope that they will find comfort in their memories as I will. Rest in peace sweet angel

I've lost touch with Randy over time, but years ago we terrorized the local area as part of the best heavy metal band around, hands down. Randy was like a brother for the time I was involved with him. He had extreme passion for his trade, and Im glad I had a chance to share it with him. He will be missed, but definately remembered. R.I.P. friend.

I loved the fact that Randy could rock out on stage, then behind the scenes on the road talk about the books he liked to read-he had no pretenses.....no drama....wicked sense of humor that came out as easy as a breath....a giggle and a snore to remember...a look in his eye , both warm and mischievious.....Thanks Randy
