I have a lot of wonderful memories of Uncle Don and Aunt Phyllis. I think the most memorable was ice skating on the outside rink that Uncle Don made in his backyard. They were both wonderful people and I know they are now with the Lord. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you. Love Susan (Art and Carol's daughter).

I was so saddened to learn of the passing of my good friend. He was such an inspiration to me all of those years I served Zion Covenant and the Post-Journal. My heartfelt sympathies to all of the family. My word of encouragement is simple: we will be together once again, of that I am certain. We talked of our faith and hope often - we are now at that stage of life where we have or will soon experience the reality of life eternal. I know I will see my good friend again. Blessings to my Zion family and Don's loved ones.

Dear Bruce, Cheryl, Rita and Jan,
What a beautiful service you had for your Dad. May God wrap His loving arms of comfort around you. I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love. His gentle sprit and kind ways and his love for Christ will always be remembered. Peace to his memory. It was so good to be with all of you this afternoon. I will always be there for you if you need me.
Love,
Aunt Ginny

Jan and Bill - I am so sorry to hear about your dad's passing. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. I met your father several times and recall how kind he was around a bunch of high schoolers!! I remember him at many of our SWCS football and basketball games watching you cheer.
