Jane was such a soft spoken lovely person and so kind to me. She helped me make all of my maternity clothes, (I only enjoyed sewing when I was with her). She loaned me a bassinet that her girls used when they were babies. When John and I moved to CA I tried to return it, but she insisted I take it with me. Both my boys started their life in that little white basket.
I often tell my friends a "Jane story" that so impressed me as a young bride. She used her sterling silver for every meal and polished it every time. There was just one set for each family member in that drawer, so organized and classy!
She will be so missed, but never forgotten.

Aunt Jane was special to me. After our family (Marshall, Floy Mae, Brett, Marsha & Douglas) moved to California in 1958, we only got to see her and the family a few times but always kept in contact.
I admired many things about her and remember well a wonderful visit my mother and I had with her in Ashville, before she moved to Webster to be closer to her daughters. She served a beautiful luncheon and we enjoyed the afternoon.
She was blessed with really good daughters who kept her close and visited her often and she treasured them. Now the sisters in law (all born in September) are
together in Heaven. Rest in peace, Aunt Jane...you are loved. Marsha
