It was my pleasure to have known Shirley as I also was a employee of COI for 27 years. We worked together on many different programs and project.
She was a wonderful person who enjoyed working and helping people. Her smile and spontaneous comments were a trademark of this ladies charming personality.
May she rest in peace, united with her dauhgter Lynn both in the arms of our Heavenly Father of eternal care. ♡♡GOD BLESS US ALL♡♡
