I knew the key back in the early 1990s when we worked together at social services. and she was living on Hunt Road near South Western high school. I would occasionally stop over and visit her and her kids, and her cat, whom I believe she named "hey you." She was always so inviting, sweet and smiling.
Although I now live out of town and haven't seen Vicki for decades, I Will always have fond memory is of her.
