Essie So sorry to hear that Paul has passed away. I have so many fond memories of him, and the whole family. We spent a lot of quality time with our families in our early years. Families drift apart as we get older, and we miss out on the family values that our parents showed us as we were growing up. Paul will be missed by all the people he touched very much. Paul (I addressed him as Mr. Burstrom) was truly one of the best men I knew as a child. He and Essie always made me feel welcome and part of the family...a safe place to go, a home away from home! Paul was a strong man and did what he had to do to take care of a family and raise five great kids! I learned many lessons from him! Thank you for all of those lessons and your compassion for a punk neighbor kid! Essie, you are equally amazing to me and I am very thankful that you were part of my childhood! We are very sorry for your loss!
