Dick was a great friend to everyone at Acu-Rite. He loved to just stop by your desk and spend a few minutes talking about whatever you wanted to talk about. He loved horses and I still remember the horse riding trip he set up for the company.
Dick had quite a few ailments in his later years that kept him away from the outdoors that he loved so much. I hope that wherever he is now that he can feel the wind in his face and there are horses to ride.
We miss you Dick.

I was so sorry to hear of Dick's passing... What a character and good man he was. He would be there to help anybody at anytime. AND laughing all the time. He helped me on a couple of projects, including putting a HUGE cowboy sign up on the store on Fluvanna Avenue. We laughed all the time, and nobody got hurt. I need to send my condolences to this family, and let them know how good a man Dick was. He will be sadly missed. R
