Howard's family, I was saddened to read about Howard's passing. I knew him and your Mom, Autumn from the times I was at their house helping Howard price his garage sale and auction box lot finds. I first met him when he was fixing up a house near the lake he had bought with old contents. I can always recall his chuckle when you tried to buy something from him, and that the price offered was never high enough to satisfy Howard. We became good acquaintances and was always nice to visit with him. He will be missed. I am glad to have known him and have these memories.

OUr condolences to the family. We have been long term neighbors, living two houses apart for many years.All the children of both families grew up in our neighborhood. We shall miss seeing the Foster family. We have fond memories of your family from over the years. Our prayers are with you.

Cousin Howard was a great guy. His sense of humor was always enjoyable. Always appreciated his and Autumn's work to help make our Christmas parties and summer family picnics a success. We will miss both him and Autumn, but know they are happy together. My condolences go out to their children and grandchildren.

It made me smile a little to see that Howard & Autumn are together again I used to see him almost daily since back in the 80’s , from ‘Mornings with the Old Farts’ at the ‘Big Tree’, to 2 eggs toast & coffee at ‘Mindy’s Place’ in Lakewood , & a few household sales in between. Sometimes is was a challenge to get him to smile, but sometimes those are the best kind. I will never forget that smile & the twinkle in his eyes that came with it . Prayers to you, his family, at this time.

Godspeed cousin and good friend, we will miss you. Pretty cool to see your camper at Colies wedding. Thanks for all the good times we shared with you and Autumn. We always looked up to and admired the both of you. Even pulled my car to safety in the blizzard of 77. I can hear the polka music now!

Dear Lori, Dave, Lisa, Kevin, Kristin, David, Ashton, Molly, Julie, Brian, and Josh, I'm very sorry to hear this news. My parents, siblings, and I always enjoyed visiting Howard and Autumn in Lakewood, and seeing them at family reunions. I continue to miss Aunt Evelyn, who reminded me so much of my Grandma Edith, and Autumn, and I will always have wonderful memories of them and Howard.
