Dear Nick and Stephanie and the entire Troche family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Lisa was born the same year that I was so I can truly understand her youth and the tragedy of this situation. In addition, I also lost my mother when she was 57 years old. I pray for peace and strength for your family.
With all my Love, Susanne

I was saddened to learn of Lisa’s passing. We were classmates at Jamestown High School. She had such an infectious personality. She was a very good student who always had a smile on her face. She was friendly with everyone and had a great sense of humor.

I met Lisa my junior year at St. Lawrence, she was a year younger than I was and a class year behind me. Lisa was in the Charter Class of Chi Omega in the fall of 1981, a group of 54 girls who started Chi Omega on the campus, and that is how I met her. Lisa was an enthusiastic and supportive sister, she participated in everything our house did, always with a smile and an infectious laugh. We reconnected at our sorority's 30th Anniversary party--- it was an effort for her to be there, but we were so glad she decided to join in the festivities. We kept in touch on facebook after that. She loved her children so much and was so proud of them all. So glad to have met you and spent time with you, Lisa, you will be missed. We will always remember you.

Joe and Family --
Lisa and her infectious smile were a presence in Lakewood. A few days ago I saw one of the Troche boys running in the village and I was thinking of you all, not realizing this sad news was around the corner. The beautiful photo you chose is how I will remember my neighbor. Nancy

From the moment I met Lisa freshman year I knew we would be friends. She was always ready for an adventure and she never did anything part way. It was so wonderful to reconnect with Lisa on FB these past years. It was clear from all her posts just how special her family was to her. She will be missed.

Lisa was one of my roommates freshman year at St Lawrence University. I was just there at our 35 th reunion. Reminisced about the crazy times in Carnegie Hall. She was a happy soul. She was right about the beauty of St Lawrence. May her memory live on. Tatiana

Lisa and I became close friends freshman year at St Lawrence. She was always willing to try something new or head out on an adventure. We shared many!!!
She was forever my cheerleader, confidant and partner in crime. Lisa had a large capacity to love and touched many lives in her short stay in this world.
