Jim and I grew up together on Spruce Street. We played kick the can, hide and go seek and even war with the other kids. Later after college, I hitched through the southwest and met up with him where he was working at the time. He was living and working way out in the dessert at a “camp” for troubled youth. I spent a couple of days there during which I hike across the dessert and climbed a small mountain. Every time I reached over my head I thought I was going to be bitten by a rattlesnake. If Jim had not. been living out there l probably would not have really explored the dessert. Thanks for being a friend.

Chuck, Candy and family,
Although I haven't seen Jim for many years, I have fond memories of our friendship going all the way back to Euclid Ave. Elementary School. I'm sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts are with you.
Sincerely,
Sandy

Jim has been a client of mine for many years. We eventually became friends and shared our senses of humor. When he came for his haircuts, there was always laughter. Before and after Nancy went to Lutheran Services, I would go and cut her hair. Nancy would urge me to slip and cut the beard of her tall, kind son. Jim would shake his head and walk out of the room. He was such a wonderful advocate for his parents, and dedicated his later years to seeing that their needs were properly taken care of. Jim always asked about my husband and children and extended family. He always had words of encouragement and kindness...Jim will truly be missed by many. He was genuinely caring, kind and a great listener. May Jim Rest In Peace forever!

I had the pleasure of knowing Jim, his Parents and brother Trip when I worked at the bank. They were a very nice family. I was able to visit with Jim and his Mom when my husband was at Luthersn rehab. Jennifer also worked with me at the Bank Drive in Office during the summer when she was going to college. My thoughts and prayers are with Jim’s family. He will be deeply missed by everyone✝️
