Kerry, David, and Eric, I was so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She (and of course all of you) was such an important part of my growing up years. I remember her chaperoning us at Girl Scout camp (Camp Timberlake) and taking us along up to the Vikings and putting mud on a bee sting once when I got stung playing in the field by your house. She was always so open to having me hanging around - Teed, you probably remember hours of playing school in your basement, and this time of year making a haunted house down there - that it felt like another home to me. My thoughts are with you and your families. Kathleen

My mother, Diane Carlson Holmes, was a schoolmate of Donna's and worked on reunions with her up until her death in 2011. I had the pleasure of meeting Donna at the County Fire Auxiliary meeting. I looked forward to seeing her twice a year after that; she always gave me a hug and a smile. I will miss seeing her there in the future. My sincere condolences to her family
