I was blessed to have been touched by Phyllis's life and love. As one of her girls at the Birdie Turner House I was lucky to benefit from her years of wisdom and her huge heart. She has been and will forever be in my heart. God's Speed Phyllis.

I grew up on Wilson Pl. Phyllis was on N Main st. I remember her as the most energetic cheerleader. She also babysat for us and we were 6 kids. As I grew older Phyllis and I were reacquainted again when my daughters started ice skating at the arena. Phyllis always had the biggest smile and warm greeting and hugs. Though I haven’t seen her in years I’ll always remember what a wonderful, caring person she was. Memory eternal.

Love and miss you Phyllis. So many great childhood memories of Fairmount School and then running into each other at a store over the years. Rest in peace pretty lady and know that your cat is in great hands with a wonderful family who loves him .

I loved my Aunt Phyllis. She was zany and kind, generous and hilarious. She was one of the first babysitters I remember having and I always thought she was so glamorous. She introduced me to romance novels, and to taking full pleasure in life. I will never forget her infectious laugh. We will miss her greatly.

So sorry for your loss. Phyllis was such a great lady. My daughter and I knew Phyllis for many years while involved with Jamestown Skating Club. We could always count on a hug from Phyllis!
