Frank and I, Bill VandwWater, had a lot of fun over the years (and lots of good Italian food at his house). He met Shirley when we were roller skating at Celeron. Frank fought a big battle with her parents, but in the end they were married at a wonderful wedding. I really miss Frank. He raised a wonderful family

Our condolences to the extended family of Frank. A true gentleman and craftsman. I worked with Frank when installing carpet at the Hotel Jamestown Building. Many good memories including his famous statement "if you work with me stay on the same side of the carpet roll".
