Donna was my neighbor on Walnut St. I helped her take care of her cats and the strays when she was away. When my son was born she made him a cute little hat. On holidays she would bring over her amazing cookies. She was fun to talk too. Such an amazing, kind hearted lady. So sorry for the family. She will be forever missed.

I was so happy to know and spend 4 years at Southwestern High School with Donna. She was so caring and generous to all she encountered throughout her beautiful life. May God be with each of you during the days and months ahead and give you each peace. With heartfelt sympathy, love, Bob and Marcia Brown

To the family of Donna Lee Johnson,
MY name Jeannette Jackson/Gardner,
I wanted to offer my condolences to your family , I was a high school and nursing school graduate w her. Our friendship became solidified in Nursing school at Highland Hospital in Rochester NY. We used to travel between Rochester and Lakewood sharing rides thru out our 3 years in Nursing school,,we knew each other in high school but became close friends in nursing school. AT graduation she returned to Jamestown and married Tom Johnson, I worked in Rochester after graduation and migrated to Marblehead MA, and worked here in the Boston area. Doona was a solid person who was honest and very hard worker, I know she was a great mother and you all will miss her. Distance and busy family lives, our communication dropped off ...Please know I still know her and value the time we shared ....
