Here is to my best friend George! I always told him, “George, if you’re happy, then I’m happy.” I know that George is happy, but I still miss him!

Where do I start? I have so many wonderful memories of my Uncle George. Every Sunday at Grandma and Grandpa's house we would gather and have supper and fun and laughs together. Uncle George was a big part of that, and I remember how kind he was to everyone. He enjoyed a good debate with his siblings, and made me laugh on numerous occasions. He was naturally funny and liked to laugh himself often. He was a big part of the happiest time of my childhood: Sunday at Grandma and Grandpa's. How blessed I am to have had such a loving uncle. He will always be remembered by me with gratitude and love.
George and Tom, I started with this remembrance because you are both a part of this happy memory. I'm praying for you all, and hope that the many memories of such a wonderful dad, will comfort you in the months and years to come.

My husband has many fond memories of George during their high school years. I knew George from working at Quality Markets in Falconer, N.Y. George always had a smile and a twinkle in his eyes. He was always pleasant, kind and had a fun loving nature. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. May God be with you all and give you His peace. With heartfelt sympathy, Bob and Marcia Brown
