Dear Ross Family, I was so terribly saddened to hear of Bob’s passing. When we first came to Jamestown (in 1985) and I started work at the Post Office, I was the new guy. On my very first day Bubba introduced himself and welcomed me with a smile, a laugh and a pat on the back. He continued that routine for the next 30+ years. He was a wonderful guy and I will miss him. Please accept my heart-felt condolences.
