I am so saddened to hear of Chick’s passing. He kept his humor all through life & could always make me laugh. There were many things to love about Chick,.... two of my favorites were his deep deep voice & the way he always made the sign of the cross when he passed the Catholic Church. He will be greatly missed by many. What a guy!! Rest In Peace my friend.

Dear cousins Jill, Chip, Shelly and Mary Jane:
Though I will not be able to attend these services for Chick this weekend ,I will share this thought…Growing up closely with and around the Fasciana family are some of my fondest memories. I always looked up to Chick in my younger years, he being an older cousin, enjoyed watching him on the basketball court, accompanied by his Dad…Uncle Sam. Later working at Cusimano Bros. With him and the rest of the crew,……many great times and laughs. Being the great story and joke teller that he was…who could forget!
Keeping you all in thought and prayer…..cousin Jim Cusimano

My prayers go out to the Fasciana Family during this time of mourning. Chic was a towering, deep-voiced, direct, friendly, father-figure in my life. As part of the Charles Street gang, he was the voice of Italian reason and hospitality. I will miss him.

Courtney and family,
I am sincerely saddened for your loss of Chic. Since meeting both of you, a decade has gone by in the wink of an eye. I will always remember Chic as a kind, gentleman. We have had many laughs and great conversations about love and life together. He was always generous, and a well dressed handsome man who made the best sauce! I am glad to have called him “friend”. You and your family are continually in my thought and prayers. May God be with you during this time.

Jill and family: It is with very heavy hearts that we acknowledge Chick's passing.
But it is with big smiles that we remember knowing him so well and enjoying many
good times together. He was a true gentleman, whose character is well reflected
in the family he left behind.

Sorry I will not be able to pay my respects in person to honor my friend Chick. We are in Boston visiting our daughter and will not be back in Jamestown in time for visiting hours. It is with great sadness to view the passage of Chick. Paula and I have many lasting memories with Jill, Shelly and Chip together with Chick at JHS events. Picnics at church, dinners at Ironstone. May the Lord watch over all the family during this time.
