Lynn & family,
Where to start with memories. I think my favorite was when I brought the homemade "Mitre" Pope's hat, cross and ring to work. He had asked to take the day before off, stated he was flying to Rome to apply for the position of "Pope". That night, Craig and I worked on his new wardrobe, for when he came back to work the next day. What a memory. He wore it most of the day, proudly. That's our Dan. His bark was worse than his bite. Big Ole sweetheart in many ways. Always gave good advice. Soft spoken, dry sense of humor, loved him.
I wish I had been able to spend more time, at home, enjoying both your company. I'm in NC but Craig is at our home. Praying you find peace and comfort. Thinking of all of you. May God bless.
