Just found out today that Victor passed back in March. Very sorry to hear. I was one of Victor's neighbor's on Willow ave. He was a constant figure walking for exercise in the neighborhood, and always stopped to say a few jovial words. I can remember back to when he and his wife would walk the neighborhood with their tiny white dog.
