I worked with Rich for as long as he was at Monofrax. The past few years we were in the same department, different shifts, So I got to talk to Rich more the past 6 years or so than before. Being about the same age made it easy to be friendly with each other. I always enjoyed talking to Rich, though almost always about work.I did get to see him once after he retired only briefly enough to say hi. He is gone too soon and he is missed at Monofrax.
