I had the privilege of being Nancy's pastor for 40 years at the Fluvanna Community Church. She and Irwin shared life together almost inseparable. I spent many times in their home and also enjoyed their yearly summer backyard chicken barbecue! Nancy also sewed many alterations to our family's clothing wardrobe. There wasn't anything she couldn't fix!
One of Nancy's most joyous times was singing in the choir. She sang a beautiful soprano part and she loved the many cantata concerts we shared. Most of all, Nancy was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ her Savior. I loved Nancy dearly and she will remain in my heart as a beloved friend and godly woman.
