My dear Aunt Margaret was a person of compassion, strength, and warmth with a great sense of humor. My memories of her will last a lifetime. We all loved her and enjoyed being with her. May she rest in peace. "There are those who bring a light so great to the world that even after they have gone, the light remains.

Although I graduated with Cindy and Rick, when I was working on my ancestry for one of our trips to Sicily, Russell Sullivan, Margarets cousin referred me to your Mom as we had a common ancestor. Margaret was most gracious, welcoming me into her home and sharing the extensive ancestry research a member of your family completed. I believe my Great Grandfather Michele Calabrese, Salvatore Calabrese (died young by city steam roller accident) and your Great Grandmother Giuseppa Sollima. I am most greatful for a lesson your mother shared with me, “remember you are no better than anyone else AND no one is any better than you.”

Margaret
Mrs. Nicosia
I met Margaret 61 or 62 years ago. She always sincerely asked me details about my life. She motivated and encouraged me and others with her wisdom and heartfelt ambition for each of us to be the best we could be or the most we can become. She had wit and humor that helped inject her positivity right into where we needed it. She poured her love into those she loved through her hospitality and warmth. You never wondered what she meant or what she thought because she was direct, candid and true but in the sweetest loving receptive way. Mrs. Nicosia, you have helped form me and given me values to live with and my ambition is to take your legacy and let it grow through me. Thank you, Margaret, and thank you for your excellent loving family that shows all that you taught and stood for. Your legacy lives on. Thank you, all of you: Johnson’s, Burkes, Carlo’s, and Bieber’s, for knowing what she taught and carrying that forward. prayers and love and comfort to all of you.
Love, Sandy Olson Struble
